Production Introduction
The X-20 beveling machine, developed by our company based on years of industry experience, is a specialized steel plate beveling machine designed for small steel plates. This equipment is characterized by high efficiency, simple operation, and low cost, and is widely used in bevel processing for various welding and manufacturing industries such as shipbuilding, metallurgy, and steel structures. Compared to other beveling machines, the X-20 boasts multiple advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, environmental friendliness, simple operation, and convenient use. It is particularly suitable for difficult-to-process stainless steel and high-strength steel materials, and can significantly reduce labor workload and save labor costs. The cutting principle ofthe X-20 is based on the rotation ofthe spindle, which is equipped with a cutter head and a lower feed mechanism. This allows for easy adjustment of the size of the cuttng groove. The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a traveling mechanism. The traveling motor, through a reduction gearbox, rotates the rubber wheels the lower bracket, ensuring uniform material movement This facilitates seamless cutting of the groove. The high-strength polyurethane automatically adjusts according to the unevenness of the material. Different cutter heads and blades can be replaced according to different materials, facilitating cutting of various materials.
