The UBM beveling machine is a compact and portable beveling device meticulously designed based on years of experience and market feedback. It is easy for operators to carry and install onto pipe ends; the installation is quick and simple, and once installed in place, it can complete high-quality beveling of 12-inch steel pipes within 45 seconds. During the processing, no sparks are generated, the pipe end material is not damaged, and there is minimal iron debris produced, making it a viable replacement for traditional beveling methods such as grinding. With six high-precision blades, the beveling quality is excellent, allowing for efficient beveling of both pipe and plate materials.

The UBM beveling machine can process pipes with a minimum diameter of 600mm and no upper limit; it can also bevel edges up to 40mm and process plates with a maximum thickness of 50mm. The beveling head of the UBM beveling machine can be adjusted, enabling precise beveling from 0° to 40°.
