• It employs brushless excitation, with a rotating rectifier disc and static excitation cabinet, ensuring reliable excitation control. The system offers precise positive polarity slip excitation, impact-free, with reliable out-of-step protection and strong resynchronization. The circuit design prevents the discharge resistor from heating during operation and allows wide excitation current adjustment.
• The synchronous machine, AC exciter, and rotating rectifier disc share a common axis. The rectifier disc sits between the main motor and exciter or outside the bearing housing.
• Enclosure protection grade: IP54.
• It uses F-class insulation, with temperature rise assessed per B-class standards.
• An increased safety anti-condensation heater is fixed inside the motor base for heating during shutdown.
