The body of this series of cutting and beveling machines is made of high-density and high-strength alloy. The system can be driven by servo motors, integrating cutting and beveling functions. It is primarily used for on-site pipeline processing. Each pipe cutting machine is equipped with powerful and stable power. During the cutting process, the cutting machine is fixed onto the pipeline to be cut, and the cutting tool automatically rotates around the pipe several times to cut it. It has a large cutting capacity, high efficiency, and produces burr-free and deformation-free cuts, completing both cutting and beveling simultaneously. By customizing different beveling knives, it can perform bevel cutting at different angles. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, petrochemical, beer, beverage and dairy, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, water treatment, shipbuilding, and electric power for direct welding after pipeline cutting. Additionally, non-standard specifications can be customized according to customer needs, allowing for cutting of non-standard bevels.
