The CTS high-speed precision pipeline cutting and beveling machine is a high-speed and precesion pipeline processing equipment that we have carefully designed based onyears of market research and feedback from various sources. The equipment adopts our independently developed cam rotation clamping system, a new PLC servo feed method, and a new rotary cutting process, and is equipped with humanized control, making the use of the equipment more efficient.
The CTS cutting and beveling machine is equipped with a 380V variable frequency motor, a user-friendly control panel, a stable feed mechanism, and a tool that rotates around the pipe for several cycles to cut the pipe with variable energy. This series has a large cutting volume, high cutting efficiency, no burrs on the cut, and can complete cutting and bevelign without deformation. By replacing the tool, it can meet the cutting needs of different angles of bevels: widely used for pipe cutting and beveling in indusries such as petroleum, petrochemicals, beverage and dairy products, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, water treatment, shipbuilding, and power. Compared with other devices, this equipment has multiple advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving,environmental protection, simple operation,and easy use. It is particulary suitable for difficult to process stainless steel and high-strength steel materials, and can greatly reduce personal labor workload, save labor costs, and comply with the current trend and concept of low-carbon and low-energy environmental protection.
