The SME series high-speed precision pipeline cutting and beveling machine is a high-speed and precicion pipeline equipment that we have carefully designed on years of market research and feedback from various sources.The equipment adopts our self-developed cam rotation clamping system, nem line rotary cutting technology, and is equipped with humanized control, making the use of the equipment more efficient.
The SME series and bevelling machine machine is equipped with a 380V variable frequency motor, a user-friendly control panel, a stable feed mechanism, and tool that rotates around the pipe for several cycles to cut the pipe with variable energy. The series of equipment has alarge cutting volume, high cutting effciency, no burns on the cut, and can complete cutting and bevelling without deformation. By replacing the tool, it can meet the cutting needs of different angles of beveling; Widely used for pipe cutting and beveling industries such as petroleum, petrochemicals, beer, beverage and dairy products, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, water treatment, shipbuilding, and power. Compared with other device, this equipment has multiple advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, environmetal protection, simple operation, and easy use. It is particullarly suitable for difficult to process stainless steel materials, and can greatly reduce personal labor workload.
- Used standard groove processing on the end face of pipelines, and can also be used for cutting and groove processing on the middle position of pipelines.
- After cutting, it can be directly welded without burrs or deformation.
- Rotary cold cutting with rotating blades cutting along the periphery of the pipeline, the cutting effect is impeccable, and the end face is 100% vertical.

- Using multi-point circumferential clamping can effectively avoid deformation of pipeline clamping.
- The main unit of this CNC cutting beveling machine can be raised and lowered to meet the adjustment of the center height during the processing of pipes with different diameters. It is easy to operate and convenient to use.
